Do not book this cruise...when I got home and reviewed my bank account statement there was 6 charges that totaled $3002.93 that were my Carnival charges. I tried to call Carnival and they were closed for a meeting.

Same food every day and you have to pay for all your drinks unless you want unsweetened tea and tap water. Also there are many restaurants you have to pay for.

Do they not have the kiosk machines on this boat , that is how I always checked my account , my wife likes to buy pictures and souvenirs for our friends and I like to make sure we always have enough on the books, or do you need some kind of app for your phone , please let me know , thanks in advance

You have the ability to monitor your account (Sail & Sign), several different ways. I was charged for a cabana that I did not request nor did I use at Half Moon Cay. I was immediately reimbursed/credited for that charge. I save all of my receipts and check my account daily!!! I can’t imagine that anyone would get off the ship knowing there was such a discrepancy...WOW!!!

I am quite shocked that you had charges added to your account that you weren't aware of. I for one check my account daily to ensure charges don't occur that I didn't approve of but maybe everyone is not as anal as I am about that. The only thing I can think of is that you didn't pre-pay gratuities. If I'm not mistaken they are higher for the suite rooms than the other rooms. I see that you traveled as a family, it could also be that all their charges all added up to the $3000 you say was on your bill. I do hope you are able to get this resolved and I suggest in the future you keep an eye on your account.

You can check your account everyday in your room so if it not right you can go down to the desk and get it correct don’t wait.

Not that hard to monitor your account. Free monitoring of your account is included on the free Hub App—not just the upgraded version you pay for. What makes me suspicious is your surprise that there are liquor charges & a few of the restaurants have upcharges. How do you NOT know this before even boarding? Hard to believe your cruise ended & low & behold-all these mysterious charges just showed up. Talk to Carnival.....I guess..

You have the ability to monitor your account through the Hub App, the tv in your cabin, and at kiosks on the ship. I check mine at the end of each day and make sure my charges match my purchases. (I keep every receipt until I am home). If there's anything that shouldn't be there, off to Guest Services I go to get it resolved. You are responsible for keeping track...this one's on you.

Agree. You must check sign n sail acct before you leave the ship. I wouldn't think anyone would leave without doing that.

You should have settled that dispute before you ever left the ship. You were given a final statement and should have never left the ship before settling the statement. The chances of it being corrected now are very slim

Did you not have the Hub App which allows you to see your charges throughout the day? What six charges total more than $3000? Seems absurb.
