I would definately sail the Horizon again. We had a GREAT time. Our only complaint was they underestimated the amount of space they would need to accomdate the crowds at the comedy club and pool areas. Both spaces could have been bigger. The ship is stunning and HUGE. The atrium was my favorite place on this ship so beautiful. The staff was the best I've seen. The family harbor suites were worth the money. We had a wonderful time on this ship.

Food and Dining

The main dining room staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent. The Buffett could have had more variety, it felt like they had the same food every day, but the food was good. The Buffett and eating areas were immaculately clean and they flowed nice with how they are set up, it never felt like there were long lines. Pizzeria Del Capitano moved through the lines quickly as did Guys burgers. Blue Iguana was the only place I had issues with, the staff wasn't very friendly there and the food was cold.
Onboard Activities

There were tons of activities to choose from, the sports area was amazing. My kids spent a lot of time there. Pool areas were way to small for the size of the ship. There were never enough chairs or space to accomdate everyone. Hot tubs were always packed, not enough hot tubs. The serenity deck was overly crowded as well.
Entertainment

the shows in the liquid lounge were wonderful. Very talented performers. Music and Djs could be found everywhere on the ship. You never lacked for entertainment. The comedy club often was standing room only despite multiple show times. The underestimated the amount of space needed to accomdate everyone in the comedy club.
Children's Programs

Circle C, Camp Ocean and Club o2 were fantastic. The kids enjoyed spending time there. The staff did a wonderful job keeping them entertained and happy. My 5 year old wanted to spend more time with them than us.
Service and Staff

The staff were spectacular. They were on top of it 24/7. If you sat a plate down, it was gone and cleaned up the minute you turned around. The bathrooms were spotless. The room stewards worked around the clock to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff on the Lido deck were so friendly, always stopping to make conversation with our kids. The staff on this ship were the best I've ever seen. Simply the best!

This ship was SPOTLESS. I've never seen such a clean ship. The staff was constantly cleaning up after everyone.
Cabin / Stateroom

The family harbor suites are amazing. plenty of space for the 5 of us in one suite. The community family room had snacks and breakfast for us to take advantage of which was an added benefit if you didn't feel like going up to lido. Once again, the staff maintaining the family harbor lounge were friendly and accomdating. We loved the family harbor suites.
Ship tip
get your chairs by the pool early, that area is overly crowded all the time.
not my favorite. The locals would dart in front of our bus to do flips and tricks for money. They would not move until we gave them money. The blue hole excursion was a bit too intense for my 5 year old, not very kid friendly.
beautiful! we did a private tour for $25.00 per person with Grand Cayman tours. Our tour guide was "Brown Sugar". She took us around Grand Cayman to do rum tasting, to Hell to the turtle farm and 7 mile beach. She was entertaining and knowledgeable about Grand Cayman. She was the highlight of this excursion. Go find her! You won't be disappointed.
