Review summary

In all Carnival horizon is a great ship with plenty of activities. Check in to ship was seamless, but check out is bit time consuming. For kids, family harbor is the best thing ship has, along with plenty of sports activities for young adults. Take plenty of time to understand the ship layout and try to get outdoor excursions book in advance.

Family harbor is must if you are traveling with kids. But outside family harbor, staff is little less excited entertaining kids.

Service and Staff

Again family harbor and room service staff was very good. But it got irritated when food service staff suddenly got very friendly on last check out day. Rest of the time food service staff was only answering questions.
