Review summary

The Room attendant was really nice and friendly. The Asian restaurant and Bonsai was really good. We were not able to do the Chef's Table but my sister and her husband did it and they were in love with it. There are so many things to do on the boat and not enough time. :-) But the crew in the casino which is where my husband and I spent most of our time were extremely rude. I went down to Guest services several times to make complaints, at one point we told the attendant in the casino we were going to complain he said "Do what you feel". I personally know their are numerous things to do on a cruise but since Casino is he main attraction for my husband and I, that was the one thing that stood out. to us. Based on what we paid we expected better service. Not sure I will be taking Carnival anytime soon.

Please watch the videos to learn how to use the elevators. I watched the video but my husband didn't and he got very frustrated.

That was the quickest disembarkation I have ever had. We had a 11:20am flight and got off the ship by 8:15am to make the flight early.

While the casinos are OWNED by the cruise line, they have nothing to do with the OPERATING of the casinos. The cruise line functions as a "landlord" providing the deck space and equipment. The cruise lines collects their "rent" paid by companies like "Casinos Austria International" that actually furnish the staff that handles the money and cards. The ones who bring your drink are directly employed by the cruise line. Carnival has their own subsidy, a separate company, that functions the same way as a subcontractor. They are very smart, like a law firm that owns their building and rents it back to their firm. It's like recycling money.

If the casino is your main attraction, then maybe you should go to Vegas. Seems that was your only issue.
