Review summary

Too many issue for $ we spent! Food was terrible. Only few staff showed concern! Felt disrespected when toilet didn't work 2 days in a row! Unsanitary.

Best staff was stateroom staff! I reported a staff for watching a older man fall from hot tub! Felt guest Services didn't care
