Review summary

Overall it was a pleasant experience. It needs some of the areas that needs to be attended 1/ Vegetarian foods options must have at-least 4-5 varieties each day / each meal 2/ Slippery floor at Lidos needs to be fixed. 3/ Pool/ Snooker table should be indoors to avoid moving of the balls as wind breeze is too strong.

Main Dining rooms are good , However huge dissapointment for Vegetarians. On Day 2 we had given the Indian vegetarian special orders as what was mentioned in the Menu for Day 3 (ONE DAY PRIOR) . To our surprise nothing that we ordered came in . Again on DAY 3 we double checked with the waiter on what is to be ordered for DAY 4 . On Day 4 the waiter had all the details and even cross checked with us, and all seemed to be correct. When the order came in it was completely different, so we called the manager. The manager went back to check with the CHEF and came with an answer " SORRY GUYS OUR CHEF CANNOT prepare those that were special order". We were in total disbelief - how can no one had the courtesy to inform us prior, I really feel the food is not ment for people with Indian vegetarian diets. Either the Chef is under-prepared or don.t have any interest in catering to those masses. Coming to the lunch areas - some of us like Mexican food - so there was some respite, however we cannot have the same food like pizza, mac and cheese , sand witches and has browns and that too for 4 days plus !! Kindly improve this - this is a brand new Cruise ship and I donot expect Carnival to have this level of sloppiness

All activities are nice specially the sky ride was awesome . Only suggestion is please move the POOL TABLE TO a closed room as the wind is so intense that the balls on he snooker pool table keeps moving and therefore one cannot play it without the balls moving . Fitness centers , etc etc are good . Kindly use some good ping pong / table tennis racquet

There was a common concern that the floors tend to be slippery in the LIDO - deck 10 areas and there were few close calls in our family and few people that I saw also fell. Some of the elevator areas had no Visual screen so no one can see which ones are coming and which floors they are in etc.

Ship tip

Indian Vegetarian food options please provide. Add some good Bollywood or Foreign movies, people will always watch a good movie. Allow at-least 500 ml of liquor per cabin per trip.
