Review summary

I have always cruised with carnival and people would say negative things about the cruise line. I never understood why… I now understand. I am not sure if it was a one off that this cruise was so awful or if I just happened to get lucky with the great experiences on my other carnival cruises, but I am not willing to roll the dice and give carnival another chance.

Absolutely terrible service. The staff at customer service were rude and unhelpful. The dining staff was also very rude.

Appreciate your feedback. In the 46 Carnival cruises we’ve sailed, we’ve had 3 that were bad. It happens. Definitely not bad enough to try again. Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. Hope you find something that fits your needs.

I just returned from sailing on Venezia and I found the biggest issue with rudeness was directed towards staff because people will NOT learn to use the Hub to check in for dining. This cruise I loved how the staff wasn’t taking any of it and tell them to leave the line to book the reservation and wait. Perhaps that was the case here? And three days is a floating party and I try to avoid them at all costs!

We have been on 13 Carnival cruises and never had rude staff. Are some cruises better then some, of course but overall no issues.

3 days on the Glory is not a cruise. It's a boat ride to party and act the fool for folks that don't have the time or money to take a cruise.
