Review summary

The cruise was great overall but due to the poor food quality on the Glory, we will not sail on her anymore. We will go to Galveston or East Coast of Florida. The cruises seem to be a better quality at these ports.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
This was our 2nd cruise on the Glory this year. The food on the 1st cruise was not of good quality. We thought it was due to the Covid related problems. The 2nd cruise, the food was worse. On the Friday night of the cruise, I got sick due to some bad crab cakes the night before. As usual, Guy’s and the Blue Iguana were the best. The pizza was good but service was slow. They had only 2 people working the pizza place.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our room steward was great during the episode I had due to the crab cakes. He did everything possible to help us get through that experience. The ship’s doctors were great in treating me. They came to the room instead of making us come downstairs to the medical center. That was appreciated. In the MDR, our waiter had too many tables to wait on but he did the best he could. That was the main reason dinner service was slow.
