Review summary

We had to do covid test for being b2b2b and it was organized and smooth. also the transition from one cruise to the other was very well done... smooth and easy. I would do a b2b on this ship again.

Shows were not very good... The only entertainment that was great was the Glory Band and we LOVED them...I hope they are on the Sailibration cruise in March

We had many great experiences with the staff!!!!! Room Steward...Richard on the 8th floor was one of the best we have ever had. He always went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Always greeted us coming and going from the room. I would want him again. Dining room servers, met us with a greeting each and everytime. They were very efficient, organized and ready to meet our needs. We never had to ask for anything to be refilled....Randolph, Gil and Sirriat (excellent team).... we asked for the same table each night Bar waiter.....Dexter was awesome! He was always eager to speak even if we didnt want a drink. He is funny and eager to please. Dining Room Hostesses....Abigale, Gilda, Apple, Airene went above and beyond to meet our needs. Always friendly anywhere they saw us on the ship. Housekeeping by casino, Jerlyn and Rose Marie always spoke as they continued to clean evrything. They were always busy wiping things down with a kind word and a smile. Bathroom Hosekeeping, Olga (Honduras) and Aileen never stopped doing their job. Always speaking and smiling at us while still doing their job. Coffee Bar on the Lido , Bai and Gede were very friendly and greeted each person coming in and out of buffet on Lido. Gede even went as far as greeting us in the dining room when we went to eat. Servers Lhanny and Yusef were alway eager to fill our coffee, get us a glass of water, food or anything we needed. Enjoyed their enthusiam. Leon the CD was great. He was all over the ship with enthusiam and energy. He has became my number one thus far. All of the above that were mentions was like this all the time for 3 weeks Enjoyed them tremendously We were on a B2B2B......

Ship tip

Be prepared for the lack of communication. If you dont carry a phone with you at all times you really didnt know what was going on although Leon the CD would announce things. But if you were inyour room or on the balcony you didnt know because you couldnt hear the announcement
