We came in exhausted from our travels in that morning. No rest for the weary because we had to check out this boat we were going to be on for a few more days. Room was great, Gilbert was amazing, food was great and fun to look at! Brunch was fantastic! Entertainment was fabulous! Can't wait to plan the next one!

The main dining room was fantastic. Inengah was an amazing server, entertainer and very accommodating pleasant person. Guys burgers were fantastic. Ice cream 24 hrs was a great idea. I did not eat any buffets except the chocolate extravaganza. Unbelievably delicious!! Beautiful presentation and even more amazing taste.
Onboard Activities

Bingo, puzzles, shopping, pamper session. We had a wonderful time playing bingo. We did not win but it was very fun. The puzzles were good to take back to the room or sit on deck or balcony and finish. So peaceful. The pamper session was fun.
Entertainment

So fun to take part in the shows. However I was a little overwhelmed with all the alcohol involved. The dancing was fun. Staff was great!!

Gilbert was our room steward. He was fantastic!! Always attentive and NEVER very far away. He did an outstanding job! Very pleasant person!

honestly I stayed lost most of the time. I never could find my way around. I did ask staff and most were very helpful. However I did have a few that did not know where to send me or even what I was talking about. Common areas were clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

I did not know I could book a handicap room. My Mama was with me and uses a walker. The walker did not fit through the door. I had to fold it up and bring through the door every time we went in and out. Mama uses a walker because she is unsteady. When I left her unattended in the hall so I could get the walker through she wobbled around a little. I was really scared she was going to fall while I was moving the walker in the room. Most of what I have to say about the room has to do with not getting a handicapped room. The step up into the bathroom was very difficult and hazardous for my Mama. The bed was nice and we slept very well. I feel if we had a handicapped room our time would have been much better. I did feel very overwhelmed at times.
Loved Cozumel. We had a great ride in by one of the nice people on a bicycle to help me get my Mama to the land. We did an excursion and it was nice. Angel, Ricki and Williams were so very accommodating. Very attentive to my Mama who uses a walker has limitations. The rocky shore was not what I expected. My Mama could not get in the water. (very disappointing as she is elderly and may not be able to get back) I wanted her to get in the water. We had her bathing suit etc but it was impossible. I wish I would have know that and we would have chosen another excursion. Angel and Ricki were so helpful at the shopping stores/market. I can not think of one thing they could have done different to make our experience any better. They did a great job. The food on our excursion was amazing. Due to factors out of your control we could not stay on time because people did not show up to get on the bus on time etc. Always made us late for our next stop. Irritating! I felt a little rushed but I will know for next time what to expect and where to go to be less rushed. Great trip overall!!
