This was my first cruise. I guess my expectations were too high. It will not be my last, however, I know to bring snacks, and make sure I have enough people with me for our own entertainment.

I can understand the snacks aspect of it. I usually bring some nuts and chips just to have on sea days. As for as entertainment I think it's enough of it on the cruise. But mostly a Cruise is what u make of it no matter what ship u sail on.

Bring snacks? I don’t think I’ve ever needed to bring snacks on a cruise with all the TONS of food available! And you need someone with you for entertainment?? Sorry, without any further explanation on either of those two complaints, I find them to not hold much merit. I don’t think I’ve ever sailed a ship that I didn’t have an absolutely wonderful time, no matter the ship. I am on the Glory this February, and I am fully aware that it’s a smaller, older ship than I’ve previously sailed, and it’s missing some areas that I love (Red Frog Pub), but all ships have a different “character” and “personality”, and I know I will be very happy.
