I'm sorry you didn't have the same experience we did. It didn't appear run down or dirty to me. We sailed on the Glory last weeknights and thought the crew did a great job of keeping the ship clean. Our room was always clean and stocked with fresh towels, glasses and linen. We never struggled to find a clean table at the buffet or any of the bars.

Just left this ship and I loved it! FYI: It is being renovated in two weeks per the cruise director. Dirty windows are from the sea and I'm not sure what else you say was dirty. Crew was amazing!!!

Any "dirt" on windows is actually sea salt.

This July will be our fourth time on the Glory and we absolutely love it. Just relaxing 😎 enjoying all the fun and the service is always amazing!

Sailed on Glory twice. Loved it both times.

No issues on Glory was on it this past May and going on her again. The ship is going into dry dock in the next couple of weeks. Just keep in mind when a ship is sailing in the ocean salt water will kick up on the outer windows as a result they will look dirty. It's impossible for the crew to clean the windows unless they pull the ship into dry dock which happens every few years.

@jenjen82 They moved the breeze to Galveston Texas, it's not in Miami anymore. I was on the Glory two years ago with a balcony they washed the ship down at every non tender port.

We were on the glory last year & loved it!!!! Of course, I guess I was too busy having fun to notice if there were any spots on the windows or not!!!! Hope your next vaca is better!!

Sorry you feel that way :( I know quite a few people who adore this ship, its one of the older ones on the fleet yes but enjoyable to alot (it will be dry docked for updates in feb.)Don't let ONE ship give you a bad impression...try the breeze its one of the newest ones its fun, gorgeous and has alot more to offer, like the water park!we really enjoyed that ship!
