Review summary
The ship was hard to navigate thru - the eating areas and other amenities were not clearly marked so getting thru to different floors was difficult. The Captain did not do a good job letting us know where we were on saling days. The staff seemed alouf and no attentive unless asked. The staff was not knowledgeable about the ship in general, where things were located or why things were done the way they were. General lack of service.Ship experiences
