Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Both food at the buffet and at 6:00 seating was sometimes cold or not very hot. However, plenty of food to eat and the variety was great! Need for chocolate for desserts!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Something for everyone of all ages! We enjoyed the shows and comedy acts. Bingo was expensive. I would suggest having more winners with less money than only 1 winner for a huge pot. It would also be nice to have a designated adult pool--perhaps the one of the LIDO deck?

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone was friendly and helpful. My mother uses a cane or walker and there was always someone attending to her needs.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Carnival Glory is beautifully decorated and clean at all times! It was easy to get around and well marked.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had three in our cabin and still had some room to move around. Beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed our balcony!

Ports of call

Saint John, New Brunswick

3 out of 5
We enjoyed this new excursion "Top 10", but felt it was a bit expensive for the value. Our guide, however, was very informative, funny, and added extra personal touches to make our excursion enjoyable. Need more quality items for purchase at the stops.
Don't Miss: The seafood chowder is delicious as well as the fish n chips! If the tide is right, walking into the caves would be cool!

Halifax, Nova Scotia

5 out of 5
Sadly, it was a bit cold (57 degrees) and therefore we didn't walk as much as we probably would have. We took the "Essential Tour" which allowed us to get on and off the double-decker bus at all places. The city is beautiful and busy!
Don't Miss: Go to the Citadel and gardens!

Pros: We enjoyed the activities, room, and excursions.

Cons: Too many kids and cold food.
