Nice Cruise

Sail Date: October 09, 2010

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Inside

Meals at the evening sit down were great. Waiters and waitresses attending to our individual needs. Pianist at the sing a long piano bar is rated sub par.

Pros: Debarkation at the end of the cruise was the quickest I have ever experienced.

Cons: embarking from Boston was a disaster. Felt bad for the older passengers. Over an hour to get back on the ship in the dark.

Ship Quality
Larger diagrams of the ship are needed. Very difficult to read the "small" print
Food and Dining
Dining room food was great. Over venues were average
Service and Staff
All in all, the staff were great. I would express the need for friendliness and customer service in the casino.
