Food and Dining

Not impressed with the dining room staff, hostesses were snooty. Dinners were mediocre. Breakfast and lunch was better than dinner in the dining room. Always something available if you were hungry, nice choices -- pizza station, deli station, fish and chips and a GREAT steakhouse!

Entertainment

Loads of choices of music and environs to enjoy. Comedy shows were good.

Service and Staff

In general, everyone outside of the dining room was very pleasant. We watched he karaoke perfromances one night and the woman faciliating the singers (Megan) was so amazing. Megan was so caring and helpful to a few singers who are special needs folks, it just was so nice to see. The bartender, Vinko, in On the Green, was exceptionally knowledgeable about scotches and cigars, and a very personable man. The waiter, Haris, in Emeralds Steakhouse was professional and added an air of elegance to the evening.

We had a balcony and the railing was glass so you had no visual obstruction - really beautiful! The room was clean and new feeling. Roomy enough to feel comfortable relaxing there if we didnt want to go to public areas.

Our first time there, so the Pink Bus Tour was helpful for an overall feel then we were able to investigate and enjoy more on our own after getting that info.

Pros: The days at sea were totally relaxing.
