I was very disappointed with the way my vacation went...especially having found a bug in my bed and then having to follow up with them instead of them addressing the situation.. just too many problems for a 5 day cruise...

Door lock was broken and door didnt shut properly, light under closet kept coming on and electrician had to be called out at midnight to fix due to lights not going off..hall flooded..and bug was found in my bed..
