Review summary

Overall the cruise was nice and fun. I would have liked more but got what I got. I would definitely cruise with them again.

Easy process no problems at all.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Ship was great! I am thankful for the pizza station. I would have wished they had some other options such as chicken wings or baked chicken in the buffet area. The dinner at the main dining room has been the same since the last time I dined there. The lasagna always comes out the days they have ribs which causes me to pick both and over eat. I would love it if they offered different buns of choice sometimes. Overall it was okay. I will say that the only issue I have had with the food besides the choices would be the long lines. The lines were long but people moved pretty quickly. They used to have free room service. I wish they would bring that back as well.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
I enjoyed the onboard activities. The cruise director was great! I do have one suggestions and that was to add more items to do on the last day of the cruises. It wasn't the best. Also stager the activities or offer them more than once. I missed the ice sculpting because I was at another activity. I did however want to go to both of them. Finally movies were great we got rained out of one. It would be good if we could also watch them in the rooms as well.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The DJ's were the best the shows and the performances were good as well. My kids however did not care for the magician in the teen room. They thought it was dated but overall they had fun. The comedian was the best.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
My kids enjoyed the room they did wish there was a way to stay in contact after leaving the cruise. I also wish there was a way to stay in connect with the people from that cruise it would create a passion for me to go back on it again.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff and everyone who worked there were the best!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was clean but dated. It could use a new splash of brighter color in the hallways. For now it will do though.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
This was the best cabin. My husband choose it simply because it was at the front of the boat and we were on the flood with the food.

Ship tip

Definitely bring your own 12 pack of soda.

Ports of call

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata), Dominican Republic

4 out of 5
Small port and mostly the tours were for people who liked swimming. I honestly wish they would have given us a tour outside the port like a tour of the area. The prices at the port were ridiculously high! It was like being in the states and just with warmer weather. I could have stayed in Florida and got the items off of Ebay. I got a magnet and touched down so that was enough for me.

Grand Turk Island

4 out of 5
Same issue, port was small, expensive and didn't have much to do. I don't want to go from one beach to another. I would have loved a tour to visit local restaurants it the area, maybe have a dinner with a local etc. Offer something more unique.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
They got us off quick and in a orderly fashion.
