Review summary

Honestly what made our cruise great were the staff! The manager of the spa has a great staff, very attentive and kind. Most cruises you feel pressured and sold to but not here every single service we had was amazing. Robson and Yasa the best servers and having a catering company I know good service and hospitality!

The dining room needs to require a dress code! What some people wore in the dining room was very inappropriate and if I had to suggest anything it would be a required dress code. There also were no choices for vegans/vegetarians the same lentils every night was just sad and I am a chef so I know an executive chef can do better than what was presented on this ship in the dining room and on the buffet.

The staff on this ship were AMAZING, especially at the spa. First cruise where the service was this impeccable! Dr. Daniels, Noxy, Talent, Sashagaye, Prudence, and their manager were all amazing! I had such a wonderful experience. Robson, Yasa, and rizki were also great very attentive! If we could have dined with all those that catered to us we would have. Last but not least Bagus!! That man captured the essence of me and my husband, the pictures he took of us are so beautiful.

We were not expecting 2 twin beds so the middle of the bed kept opening making it very uncomfortable.

Ship tip

There should be a dress code for the dining room and more vegan/vegetarian options and not rotate the same vegan entree the entire cruise.
