Review summary

We love to cruise. The ship Freedom is scheduled to go into dry dock in February for remodel and fixing. We are looking forward to booking it afterwards to see the changes they have made.

Played Bingo, Deal or No Deal, Ugly sweater contest, Trivia, and Christmas Caroling. It was a wonderful time.

Entertainment

The shows were amazing. We saw three of them on board. Two were regular shows and one was a Christmas show. Just as good as what you would see on Braodway.

Service and Staff

We had a problem with the plugs for our C-Pap machines and our room steward helped us getting taken care of. His name was Christopher and he was excellent and very friendly.

Cleanliness was top notch. You could see the staff working constantly to clean and keep every thing well maintained. The only thing we did not like was the layout of the food area everything was to close together and it made it really crowded. Other than that it was a beautiful ship.

It was good we love going to the Straw Market. You just have to avoid the people trying to sell you things everywhere. It is beautiful and will be even better once the construction is finished.

Grand Turk Island

We did not book an excursion and could not get transportation to go into the town. We were disappointed but we will book one next time.
