It was a nice first time cruise experience. I booked 2 more once I got back home.

Arrived at the port (took a Lyft) and dropped luggage with a porter. Quick and easy no hassles. Showed boarding pass and appointment time - entered the terminal. Not much wait at all, checked drivers license, passport and vaccine card and went directly through security. Waited maybe 10 minutes and then was called to board the ship.

Food was good, no complaints . I don’t personally like buffets so I didn’t really try anything there. Guys Burgers, the pizza place, Blue Iguana were the best and the main dining room and the deli were ok. There was a hot dog at the deli that just looked “weird” so I didn’t eat it (unsure if it was beef or not - and the color was “off”).

Everything was clean. And the staff was constantly cleaning - even wiping down the hand rails!!! The ship is an older ship and does show its age but seems to be well maintained in general.

Enjoy YOUR vacation - don’t be so bothered or stuck on what anyone else is doing on THEIR vacation. Also, remember you are not the only one on the ship, there’s thousands of other people trying to have a good vacation also. Don’t let the little things ruin your vacation or someone else’s.
Took a open bus tour of the island. It was nice to not have to walk around or figure out what or where to go. Nice tour guide that pointed things out along the way. Stopped for some jerk chicken and rice. After the tour - I purchased a t-shirt at Margaritaville and went back to the ship to change. Spent the remaining time at the beach enjoying the scenery and the water.
There was a delay in getting started with disembark- but once cleared it went pretty smooth. Made it off well before 9am (I think), and caught the shuttle back to the airport - no issues. I was not in any rush
