Review summary

This was a great cruise and we have already booked another one for next year. The staff went above and beyond! We loved them all. However, I have no desire to return to Princess Cays and I wouldn't recommend the whale watching.

There aren't many drink selections unless you buy a drink package. It would have been nice to be assigned to a dining area closer to our cabin and a table where we could see the wait staff perform.

Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island)

We got a clamshell and it was great for relaxing on the beach. However, the beach/water to too rocky to enjoy yourself. We took our snorkel gear but there was NOTHING to see.

Grand Turk Island

There is mainly just expensive shopping at the port, not many authentic souvenirs. We did the whale watching tour and would not recommend it on a windy day. The water was so rough and choppy, it made us sick. We got sprayed by the water so badly that we were dripping wet and were freezing. We did see whales but not much at all and they were at the very end of the rough, cold ride.

We did the Waterfall Adventure excursion and loved it. The guides were amazing and the waterfalls were beautiful, exciting, and fun. We would do it again!
