Amazing. Great time with great ports. Really enjoyed having a balcony on deck 10 being close to the pool and food. Got a great last minute deal and enjoyed not having to wait with the boat only being at 45% capacity.

Had our appointment booked for 12:00-12:30. Arrived right at noon and walked right up, checked in, right through security, and straight in to the check in desk. Everything was quick and easy with no wait. Found out once on board that the cruise was at 45% capacity so I’m sure that helped.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Guys burgers is always a hit. Service and food in the main dining room was good. Was disappointed with the breakfast and burritos. Pancakes were crunchy and the eggs for the Benedicts were always over done. Guys at the burrito place were always super nice but the chicken tasted old and had a piece of bone or hard cartilage in one of them.
Onboard Activities

Carnival is great with activities, even for the kids. Traveled with our 6 year old and he did the bean bag tournament and enjoyed the mini golf area on the top of the ship. Pool was never super busy (45% capacity on board). Enjoyed the dive in movies a couple of times and they had selections for kids and adults.
Entertainment

Shows and comedians were both good. The theater was big enough you could always get a good seat without having to be there when the doors opened. The comedians were at the back of the ship and and the international lounge wasn’t configured as well. Most shows were full even with the reduced capacity of the ship so it made it harder to get a good seat.
Service and Staff

Everyone was so friendly. Dinner staff was attentive. Room steward was always timely with service and we came back to clean room every night after dinner.
Ship Quality

Saw crew members constantly cleaning handrails and handing out masks for anyone who forgot before entering the lido buffet area.

Enjoyed the location close to the pool area but still far enough away that we didn’t hear any excess noise.
Loved Aruba. My new favorite port. Did the Beach Express excursion which was a short tour of the island in an open air bus and then 4 hours at Eagle beach. Beach was perfect. Soft sand, no seaweed, water was beautiful, and Eagle beach has the two trees that always show up in the tourist photos for Aruba. Went back out after dinner on the boat and explored downtown. Everything was closed already but felt completely safe at all times.
Spent most of our time at the pool area at Margaritaville. Loved it. Nachos were good at lunch also. The beach has gotten more rocky and there are big chunks of concrete in the water. Take aqua shoes if possible. Seemed like there was more seaweed than last time also.
Easy on/off process. Spent a total of like 10 minutes through the entire process. Didn’t do any excursions. Flew in/out and spent the night before in Fort Lauderdale. Saved several hundred dollars and just took an Uber to/from the port. It was about $40 each way.
So easy. Carried our luggage ourselves so we weren’t on any schedule. Out of the room at 8:30 to get breakfast and walked right off at 9:00 to no line and no customs checkpoint.
The beach express was an excursion they opened up the day of but it was a banana bus that gave us a quick tour and then dropped us and picked us up at eagle beach.
