Wasn't the best. Air conditioning issue that took 2 days to resolve. Kept getting to many excuses before the staff admitted that the air conditioning was broken and also we could not enjoy our balcony due to the smell of sewer in our room 7339.

Room 7339. For the first couple of days we had many issues. Air conditioning was broken and it smelled like sewer outside on our balcony. Could not enjoy the balcony. The smell was the entire trip off and on depending on the way the wind was blowing.

Room steward was excellent. Tin, at guest services was excellent, he listened to us about the air conditioning issues and the sewer smell where others was disregarding us and kept making excuses instead of following through. The sewer smell was the intire trip off and on. Depending on the way the wind was blowing.

Very disorganized. One of the security personnel was very rude. Yelling at the guest to go down the ramp, where she could have had a better attitude. She was working the elevator for the people in wheel chairs.
