Review summary

Overall I was highly satisfied. This was my third cruise with carnival and possibly the best one yet (although I've probably said that about the other too.) The ship was beautiful, food delicious, cabin stewards and wait staff knew our names and were awesome. So much to do we couldn't do it all lol

We didn't have to wait too long to board

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
There wasn't a dish I didn't like! Good variety at all the food stations and brunch was the best.

Guy's Burger Joint

4 out of 5

Delicious burgers and fries

Coffee Shop

5 out of 5

Good selection and so good! They also give you a card that they punch a hole in when you buy a specialty coffee. After the 5th or 6th one you get a free specialty coffee. Good for people like me who don't like regular coffee coffee

Blue Iguana Cantina

5 out of 5

Food was delicious for breakfast and lunch

70's Dance Club

Beautiful, chic and cool

Onboard Activities

The water works and hot tubs were so fun and relaxing. The stage shows were amazing and there is no shortage of things to do. Comedians, game shows and Lip Sync Battle were hilarious. Emma is the best cruise director I've had on a cruise yet.

Serenity

So peaceful and kids free! Loved the hammocks and chairs

Entertainment

Stage shows were amazing! I didn't expect pyrotechnics! Lol DJs were good. Different types of musicians that were all very talented. Loved the art shows

Art Gallery

5 out of 5

LOVED the art and the staff. Beautiful paintings and knowledgeable art staff

Children's Programs

We didn't bring kids

Service and Staff

Cabin stewards and wait staff knew us by name! Always quick and efficient with cleaning and dinner. Some of the staff on other parts of ship were not as smiley though

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Always found a clean table. As soon as we stood up there was someone there to take our plates and clean the tables.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Loved the balcony! Even though cruise cabins can be small there is plenty of room to store things. The bathrooms are small though

Ship tip

Learn the ships layout before getting on or download the app so you can navigate the ship better

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas Did not visit port

Only went there to board the ship

Montego Bay, Jamaica

5 out of 5
It was beautiful! We did the 'Big 3' which was Bobsledding' skylift and zip lining! Best excursion yet.

George Town, Grand Cayman

Swam with dolphins which was amazing and visited the Turtle sanctuary. I wish we had chosen the option to visit the rest of the Turtle sanctuary that included the park because there wasn't anything else to see after the turtles. But that was our fault for not getting the rest

Cozumel, Mexico

3 out of 5
Xcaret was beautiful but we only had 3 hours there! That's not enough time to see the whole Park. I feel we didn't get our money's worth because we only had 3 hours and I felt rushed from the tour guide.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Although this is the worst part of cruising, they made is as quick and seamless as possible
