Review summary

We had a great time the entire cruise. We didn't leave the ship in Jamaica, but the time spent relaxing onboard the ship was wonderful!

Embarkation was smooth and painless. Faster to the Fun makes it work a lot better. Our cabin was ready when we got onboard, and our luggage arrived well before dinner.

As usual, the Playlist Performers did an outstanding job on the shows. It's amazing that seeing the same show with new performers is almost like seeing it for the first time!

Our room steward, Agung, and the dining room staff were excellent. They always addressed us by name, and were quick to pick up on our preferences.

The ship is getting a little dated, but hopefully the scheduled dry dock period coming up next February will help.

The temperature in the rooms was fine. I've seen those complaints, but we had no problem at all. We didn't get off the ship in Jamaica because we've been there before, none of the excursions offered fired us up, and there's nothing to do in the port area. I'm looking forward to seeing Freedom after the dry dock. I don't understand what you mean by looking "too used"?

We'll be on the Freedom in January, 2020. I hope it won't look too used after the dry dock.
