Overall we loved our ship and cruise very much. The ship was very well maintained and clean, the pool was a little crowded at times but you could still enjoy laying out and enjoy the music. We would most definitly go again on Carnival Freedom again out of Galveston.

Very confusing on where our prepaid parking area was at first. A little overwhelming with people getting off the ship and where we needed to be to get on the ship.

The Freedom ship was a very nice ship which we enjoyed greatly. The buffet food was very good and the lines moved very good. The main dining dinners was not a "Wow" wonderful factor, but was very good and the serving staff was friendly and super great. I do believe the entertainment at main dining would have been even better if they would have tried to get the guest involved.

We did not have time to do everything on the ship but felt there was a lot of things to do and see. Very nice!

The waiters and room stewards were great, very helpful and friendly. On the other hand going down to see the person about our bill and excursions were not so friendly or helpful. The male person we spoke to about our bill seem to be rude and not happy to be there. The male person we spoke to wanting to know more about Montego Bay was not at all helpful or when we asked about docking at 7 and being on our excursion at 7:30 was rude and unhelpful. Please remember, people ask to have a better understanding of what to do. A little kindness goes a long way when you have not been on a cruise and not sure what to do.

Cabin / Stateroom

Very happy with our cabin. The cleanliness and the size of the room was perfect. The comfort of the bed was great and for what little time we were in our room was very nice. Our cabin stewards did a wonderful job, Thank you.
Ship tip
Take a little time to review the ship and which end is what. Enjoy, have fun and if you feel like your lost, just go back to your cabin floor and start over.
Did not like Montego Bay very much. My daugther was approached 6 times to buy drugs which made us very nervous and uncomfortable. It made it hard to enjoy! Don't care to go back to this place.
We leave December 30 for our cruise over new years this is my 3 I was hooked after the first one we will be on the freedom this time Iām looking to it so much
