I can't say much about the room because the only time we spend in it was during the night while we sleep. Small, but confy.

Ship tip

There is a lot of entertainment. Keep the fun times handy and plan what you want to do. There is so much to do that you are going to have a hard time deciding on what to do.

Rmann51 is absolutely right. My wife and I get the aft/port cabin often (like our next Princess cruise). The balcony is twice the size as normal balconies and always seeing the wake is mesmerizing... There are many other reasons that we enjoy the aft/port cabins...

The best cabin we ever had was 1st cabin on port side on Panorama deck!

Don't feel bad newbie, I had a hard time remembering what side of the ship was portside. Psst it's left....

Aft balconies are a great deal!

An ocean suite is not so bad, and yes much roomier both inside and balcony, plus the boarding perks.

NewbieZmobile    7 years ago

@Rmann51 those suites are crazy expensive. is it really worth the price of admission?

Rmann51    7 years ago

If you didn't this trip, book a balcony or suite next time. Well worth the added expense.

We are taking out kids out for their 1st cruise next year. I really hope they enjoy themselves as your family did. Any tips or advice to give? All of my children are 12 and up to 20
