Review summary
Friendly staff and they were very helpful! Meet lots of people from different places. Rooms were cleaned everyday and they did a great job . We were very disappointed in the pool area people were saving chairs nobody would sit in the chairs for hours this was a everyday thing and nobody would take charge and tell them no chair saving . We and even another couple went to customer service they said they could not do anything about it that we had to take it up with you. So this is what I am doing .

Go to the pool around 6:00 am so you are able to get a spot . Also eat at 6:00 not 8:15 that is way to late to eat you can enjoy the shows and don't miss as much.
