Review summary

Despite an initial weather delay, the cruise departure was uneventful.  We enjoyed the entertainment, the dining options and felt we received good value for the Cheers! beverage program.  The negative with the Cheers! program is that it required everyone inf the stateroom to purchase it.

Biggest negatives were 1) the only late night food options were a VERY limited room service menu or a VERY limited pizza place (the night we tried to get pizza, they refused to make any pizza except pepperoni and the wait was 20-30 minutes in line), and 2) miscommunication about the Chef's Table.  We signed up for the Chef's Table dining experience as we boarded the ship.  We were verbally told that our reservation was for Tuesday evening.  When we arrived on Tuesday evening, we were informed that our reservation had been for Monday evening, and they had no space for us on Tuesday evening.  Disclaimer:  there was a letter placed in our stateroom stating a specific calendar date for our reservation and we should have read it more carefully...we went by what we were verbally told by the salesperson.  While we were not charged for the full price of the Chef's Table, we were assessed a $50 late cancellation fee that we believe should have been waived.
