Review summary

Hot...the a.c. didnt work in our room...starting the 1st day on the ship we were complaining about that...we used the self serve laundry...however there was no laundry soap but we still got charges for the soap...just overall a bad experience...the lady at guest services was very rude...and was insinuating that we were lying about everything...2 different times...just very bad experience...dont know if i wanna sail with carnival again..

As a matter of fact, we are scheduled on the Freedom in January for 19 days, 3 back to back cruises. We can't wait.

Life is what you make of it. 14 cruises with Carnival and we are very satisfied with all aspects of our trips.

Not sure if same room they had but we were in 1269 a week or so back and room was also warm. Engineers checked and didn't find problem but gave us a box fan for rest of the cruise. The air temp at ceiling vent was cold but had very weak air flow so room wasn't cooling well during heat of the day. Went into rooms on both sides of us and their rooms were cold and AC blowing strong. Strange situation.
