Review summary

The service staff and the help aboard the ship was poor. They were discourtious, Rude and not helpful. It is an unknow situation that we are dealing with and one that they know very well.

Except for the Boat that the Cruise set up to take us snorkleing being 45 minutes late and the bus driver getting lost on the way to the boat, The snorkleing was amazing. its a good thing the reef and the sea life were not run by the cruise line. Almost missed the ship due to the lateness of the catamaran.
