Our trip on the Carnival Fascination was incredible! Being able to explore a new island each day was so exciting! I would definitely recommend this cruise!

It was an incredibly quick embarkation! There were very few people boarding in Barbados, so we made it on the ship extremely quickly and could access our rooms right away.

The Fascination doesn't have any specialty dining restaurants, but the main dining room food was wonderful! If you are hoping for a bit of an upper-scale dinner option, they always have a few options on the regular menu such as lobster, surf and turf, etc. for an additional charge. There is also Guy's Burgers and Blue Iguana which do not disappoint!
Onboard Activities

The Fascination is certainly not brimming with onboard activities, but what they have they do well! The evenings are packed full of shows, bingo, and game nights. The spa is lovely, and the serenity lounge is secluded and comfortable.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff on board the Fascination! They were all incredibly friendly, and went out of their way to make sure that you were enjoying your vacation. The waiters and our room steward made a continued effort to get to know us, and were fun, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive.

The Fascination was incredibly clean and well kept. I constantly saw people cleaning and organizing the ship. This being said, it could use a few updates and renovations.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was the perfect size for two of us. There was plenty of storage and the room had a nice open flow. The bathroom could only fit one person comfortably (unless the other person was in the shower), but we had no complaints! It was kept perfectly clean, and the views from our picture window were great!
Ship tip
Recognize that this ship may not be packed with amenities that other ships may offer, but your vacation is what you make it! There will always be plenty to do and enjoy while on board.
I cannot say enough good things about this incredible island! We found our own taxi driver to give us a tour and had an incredible time exploring the fort, and walking the streets of Old San Juan. San Juan has the architecture of Europe and the colors of the Caribbean- it's absolutely gorgeous! We cannot wait to go back again and again!
Being part of the Barbados group, it was extremely easy to disembark...primarily because the majority of the ship was not disembarking at the same time.
