Review summary

In February our room steward was one of the best we have had. So this will not be a long, i will say he went above and beyond. The food has been about the same on each cruise so i know what i prefer no complaints with the food and sometimes dinner may take longer that's okay with me also.

Wow, was on the Fascination in September and everything was great. Our room steward greeted us every morning and every night.

Both times we ate in the dining room we had really bad service... Had to beg to get our beverages, couldn't get a properly cooked steak & received part of the food we ordered. Also it was simply not good food. Not like they rave about on their website that's for sure! We also would not go Carnival again. My sister didn't even meet her steward the ENTIRE trip!

The water is definitely gross. So is the tea. Its sea water purified. We did buy cases of bottled water in advance because it's never a good idea to drink water you are not used to. I agree the food was really poor. We aren't picky eaters but it was so bad we lost interest in eating and decided we would rather just not eat than eat horrible food. Every burger or safe zone food was burnt to a crisp

We were on the Fascination for the second time last month. We had a great cruise and wonderful service. The water tasted fine to me. Sorry you had a bad cruise.

Oh this isn't even remotely the best ship they have. If you want the best, go check out the Sunshine, Breeze, or Vista

Oh that's too bad. When I went on it, the service was fantastic, the food was great, and the ship was nice and clean. I hope this was an isolated experience
