Review summary
While our cruise last year on the Sensation out of Port Canaveral was outstanding, this recent cruise has discouraged us from taking another. The "concert" was NOT included in the cruise, although the charge for the concert cruise was $170 more per person than the exact same cruise the same month?! Multiple people fell for this misleading advertising, as I have reviewed the website and printouts (including the itinerary) - for which none of these specified additional costs or charges, not even an asterisk to denote concert not included. During the last 2 days of the cruise, we returned to our cabin to a VERY strong smell of smoke in the cabin (cigarette). Due to our sensitivity to smoke, my wife and I endured migraines the last 2 days of the cruise. My wife loves karaoke, but three (3) separate times and places that karaoke was denoted to occur on the ship - it did not. A family in front of us was refused service on the formal dining night - that embarrassed them very much and of course angered them. This family looked VERY nice and well dressed - while admittedly not formal. If the cruise line rejects service, they should refund to people the appropriate cost for dinner - since patrons have already paid for this dinner. While the Little Big Town concert was spectacular - it was not worth the $215 per person we paid extra to attend the concert ($170 for higher priced cruise plus $45 for concert ticket). It was quite disappointing this year, after such a great cruise last year. This cruise was definitely NOT worth the price.
