December Carnival Cruise

Sail Date: December 06, 2014

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Suite

The cruise was delayed on the first day due to fog. This made boarding very difficult for my wife who is recovering from knee replacement. Due to the lack of wheel chairs she had to wait in a very long priority boarding line. This put her in too much pain to enjoy the first two days of the cruise. The food was fair. Room was nice. Ship looks dated.

Ship Quality
Needs to be updated on the interior.
Food and Dining
Not as good as Disney. My wife had Maui Maui, one night that was bad.
Service and Staff
Our room porter was very good.
Entertainment
I went to the Comedy show one night it was very good.
Children's Programs No comment
Onboard Activities
Destinations and Excursions
Cabin / Stateroom

Tip

Was surprised that the crew was not trained well on CPR. One of the guests died on board during one of the shows.
