Review summary
We were highly disappointed in the food and service aboard this ship. We have sailed 5 time with Carnival including having been on this same ship in 2011. There didn't seem to be alot of variety in our choices and many times the food was over cooked or simply did not have a good taste. We ate in the dining room two mornings and both times the service was terrible, having to wait for that second cup of coffee until your food arrived because no one checked on you between placing your order and it actually being served. We purched the bottomless bubbles option for our son who loves soda and when we tried to order a soda in the dining room it was not easy. The bar service personnal seemed annoyed and more concerned with taking alcohol orders then pre-paid beverage orders. This was also the case as we were out and about on the ship so we generally walked up to the bars to get his soda which usually meant having to walk through the smokers to get there! We found the ship clean and the employees very friendly as always. However, of all the cruises we have been on we are very disappointed with this cruise concerning the food and service. The best part of the cruise was our Cabin Steward who we enjoyed getting to know.

Ship tip
There is a small Adult Only section called Serenity just off the back of the Lido deck. If you exit the doors to the left of the Pizza Bar just go down the steps. Its for 21 and older so go enjoy the quiet and two hot tubs for adults only. Unlike the other "sardine" hot tubs full of kids!!
