Review summary

This is my 2nd Carnival Cruise, we had a great time, yes the pool area is busy, but we could always find a quiet spot to read and relax. Staff was wonderful. Our room stewart was great, like magic, ever time we left the room when we returned we had fresh towels and ice to keep our bottle water cold. Being 2 ladies over 60 we are neat and had very few needs, our comfort and attention to all the little details were more than provided for us. We had a wonderful time and would cruise with Carnival again. Just wish they had more cruises out of Jacksonville, as I live in Saint Augustine.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
We were impressed with how clean everything was, as I am a bit of a germ phobic... Most people used the hand anti bacterial stations they were all over the ship. That was appreciated. Pool was small and always busy Everything was very clean

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
I was on this ship a few years ago, since the renovations, staterooms are much nicer and quieter

Ports of call

Nassau, Bahamas

Enjoyed the tour of the island followed by a visit to the beach. Tour was sched to begin at 10:30...it was 11:15 before the bus drove away.... too much time wasted, could be better organized...our tour was the last to leave of the groups of tours leaving at 10:30, it was very hot standing around
Don't Miss: The beautiful beaches

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island

We were sorry we did not take a tour. Would have liked more info regarding the port, local history, etc. and information other than where to SHOP. Would have liked more history or local information provided.

Pros: Room stewart kept our room nice and clean, so happy not to see bedspreads they had duvet covers, nice clean white ones...hate to touch bedspreads or blankets

Cons: Elevators need to be marked better, confusing....
