Good experience, rough seas, had a lot of
Dizziness but never sick to stomach. Used the seasick patch but had side effects to that. Once those wore off I felt much better. I suggest the less drowsy Dramamine that worked best for us. It was nice and plan to cruise again.

Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Buffet food was really good. The main evening dining was ok, I wasn’t really impressed with the food at this meal. We did not use any of the speciality restaurants.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Activities were good...they could have a bigger pool, I was surprised the size of the pool considering how many the people the ship will hold. The hot tubs were always full usually of kids. My 10 yr old did enjoy the water slide and the mini golf.
Children's Programs
5 out of 5
We did not participate in the kids clubs but did the build a bear and the towel puppet show, which was really enjoyed by my 10 yr old.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Excellent service by waiters and staff.
Ship Quality

The elevators were a little confusing. They could either use floor #’s or letters but not both, it kept us confused. I felt like the crew did a good job of keeping things cleaned.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Was so worried before the cruise that we family of 4 (2 adults, 14 yr old and 10yr old) would feel claustrophobic in this cabin, but surprisingly we all did great!! We spent more time in there than I thought we would. We watched HGTV I think the whole time the TV was on, could offer more channels. There was a pair of little kids underware left from previous cruisers in one of the cabinets, other than that, the room was pretty clean.
Enjoyed this port. We did a swim with the dolphins excursion, it was really nice but they don’t allow you to take photos. They take photos but are so expensive!! Then walked the board walk which was nice. The meal that came with the excursion was nasty looking. I was hoping it would be an authentic mexican meal, but no nasty looking hamburger, hot dogs, kinda like concession stand food 🤮. Didn’t eat it, went back to the port and ate at mexican restaurant there.
There is not much at this port. You actually have to ride a bus into the city to experience much of Progreso. I really wish we would have stayed in Progreso this time. We did the excursion to the Mayan ruins and onto Mérida. The ruins were ok, there is a swimming area that is really pretty. By the time we finished at the ruins and went on to Mérida, we only had time to eat quickly as a group and head back to port. That was disappointing to me. I really
Wish they would give more time at the ports.
It was a long process...the line was so long and it didn’t move fast at all. Seems as though they could change this up a little and make it a shorter process.
