Review summary

I was a bit disappointed in our cruise director, wasn't as fun as previous ones I've seen. Boat itself was extremely small with not much to do. I would normally travel with my family however on this cruise it was just my friends. If I had my family, my children would have been very bored and it would have been a miserable trip. Will not travel on the Fantasy again due to the lack of things to do and size of boat.

was told to go to customer service and when i got there, the lady had no idea why i was there. The woman that told me to go was very rude

I personally didn't find much to do. The shows were great but there was only 1 pool and it was crowded the whole time, and only a few hot tubs which was the same deal, very crowded
