Review summary

It was not the best cruise we’ve been on. We are planning on going on the Oasis of the seas in September. We’ve always been loyal to carnival but we feel it’s time for a change.

The shows were poorly done. They’ve added a county show and the lead male singer was aweful.

Our room porter was amazing. She did a amazing job.

It took multiple calls and trips by a plumber to fix our shower. We kept hearing a gurgling sound and one woke up to someone else’s suds and smelly water in our shower and bathroom floor. We noticed the ship did not have the normal fresh look like normal.

The key to progresso is to take the free shuttle bus to town. Very clean and great prices on goods.

Loyalty comes hand in hand with a quality product (ship), services, and meals. We are not here to sell their brand, nor do we get paid for it. If they start to take us passengers for granted, there are many other cruiseline out there (and that goes for the different ports too) The first thing we ask fellow passengers is, who have you cruised with and how does it compare. Bon voyage.

We've been loyal to Carnival until our last 2 showed how they're going downhill. Just got off Oasis and loved it. No complaints. Booked Harmony for Sept
