The jubilee dining room was great. Guy's stayed packed.

Didn't see the cruise director much. Kids camps were a lot of drop off n pick up. A little bit of a hassle.

The green egg's and ham breakfast was a hit with my kids.

Not many activities. And times were hit or miss.

My clothes got fried in the upper deck Laundromat. Customer service helped. My anniversary was not recognized at all.

Pool was shut down at one point. Then the hot tubs were at one point.

They don't always recognize special occasions because basically half of the people on the ship are celebrating something and can't give stuff to everyone it's happened to us

Did you let customer service know that you were celebrating your anniversary? Also, did you put that information in the notes section of your check in?
