Staff was friendly but not well informed about the activities onboard or how to get places on the ship.
Cruise time in port was way to short.
Cruise needed to provide more shows and entertainment.

Need to have the crew informed as to where things are on the ship. Not one was able to answer a question as to where things were located nor how to get there . I finally gave up on getting to the Serenity deck. No one could guide me there.

Cabin was fine. Cleaning crew did a fantastic job. Size of course is small. The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was fine.
It was ok. Did the excursion to Ya ya Beach. Was very disappointed. The water was not what u expected. We were in the back waters.
Should have stayed in town.
More orderly. Not as much confusion as boarding the ship.
I fell after leaving ramp. Fell on the concrete walk next to the building. People were there very quickly to get me up, put me in a wheelchair and take me to the paramedics. There they checked me out, applied bandaids.
Landed on my cheek and chin. My hand had an open wound and my chin is very bruised. My cheek bone is very sore and can not be touched without pain. Checking with my doctor.
They got our bags and took them to our transportation and wheeled me to the door and helped me on.
There's a app called Carnival Hub, you can download for next time, it has a built in map of the ship and you can get updates of what is going on and regime info of your account balance. Plus other items fun stuff too. It's only $5 to connect to Wi-Fi for the app the entire cruise per device.
Never had any of those problems on the Fantasy. She is my favorite ship and the crew is awesome. Just got off Oct 11th and had a wonderful time. It is what you make it.
