Review summary

We had a great time and enjoyed our honeymoon along with the few extra days at sea with Hurricane Nate. It's going to make for one heck of a story! Already to plan another one.

Embarkation

We were allowed to go all the way to the X-ray machine to self check our bags only to be told one was too big. Seems like one of the many employees we passed would have noticed that along the many lines we stood in to get aboard the ship.

Main dining room had some excellent food and some I didn't care for. Loved the specialty restaurants although I would have loved some tortilla chips to have gone with our burritos and tacos!! I personally don't eat much buffet food. Would have loved to have seen a bit more variety on room service for breakfast.

Onboard Activities

Pools stayed over run by children that seemed to run aboard the ship mostly unsupervised. We definitely would have booked at another time had we realized schools were on some type of break...our children's schools do not get these and this was our Honeymoon. We did take advantage of the Spa for a couples massage which was wonderful but hate that we were literally in seperate rooms.

Entertainment

We enjoyed the ships musicians and DJ, we loved the comedians as well but the boat did not accommodate the size of the crowd well at all leaving way too many standing or turned away for lack of seating.

Our service could not have been any better, especially during the extra days we had to stay aboard the ship due to Hurricane Nate. The ships crew went above and beyond to keep up spirits and keep everyone as happy and upbeat as possible. A job not made easy by many aboard.

Took a while to get used to the ships design especially with no signs by the stairs indicating what floor you were on. The ship was almost alway in a extremely clean state.

Very good size cabin. We really enjoyed the balcony and sitting at night watching the waves roll by, extremely peaceful! Nice bathroom but no good makeup mirror in cabin.
