Review summary

I think the ship needs to be renovated and updated. There needs to be more options at the blue iguana cantina (chips, salsa, queso, guacamole) Need more umbrellas for shade on serenity and pool deck. Better shows for entertainment. More waiters, it takes forever to get a drink after you order one.

The air didn't work very well and the shower temperature was way too hot and touchy. Got burnt several times while showering. Pedro (the guy who cleaned our room) was absolutely amazing though, VERY nice and ALWAYS addressing us by name. He went above and beyond for us and always had a smiling face.
