You need new food choices. And new entertainment options. Other cruises have different choices for food and have the ability to spend more time on land. And take care of cabin u 201 the bed bugs are horrible.
Embarkation

The lines were not that bad. They took our luggage quickly and efficiently
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Food needs a lot of improvements. More choices on the buffet and the sit down dinner. I got a steak and it was hard and rough and it had no taste.
There were limited drink choices. For example Royal Carribien had 5 different juices as a choice. The water in the drink bar was not filtered and it tasted like tap water.
We had watermelon one day and it tasted like onion because the chopped it up with the same knife.
I strongly suggest getting better cooks
Onboard Activities

honestly we did not use the onboard amenities
Entertainment

The informative shows were too long and too boring. The shows on the ship repeated like the c-love 70s show it was the same the next day with 80s music. The comedy show was repeated and it was not that funny.
Service and Staff

Aska, Henry, Victorian were great in the dinning room. Our House keeper was super nice we don't remember his name.
Ship Quality

The bathrooms in the common areas were not constantly cleaned.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin had bed bugs in the king size bed in the corner by the window. We all got bed bug bites from the trip. Water in the room was not replaced constantly
We did not get enough time on the port. We went to the mayan ruins and felt rushed. The staff never told us the time to get off the boat and that also cut off our time. The boat staff never offered us a package deal for our family for the excursion when we got off the boat the gentlemen gave us a group discount

I will order a Flat Iron every time because I can't eat sea food. I've never had a problem with the taste. Every ship has a time limit they can be in port and had you of research the cruise a little more, you would know when the ship needed to leave.
Was it bed bugs or bites from sand fleas?
