Carnival Fantasy

Sail Date: June 16, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Oceanview

The ship is 22 yrs old but was redone recently, except we kept banging our head on the murphy bed on the wall since it was not built into the ship originally, the ship was small but a nice size for older folks to get around.

Pros: The port of Charleston

Cons: Only one day in Bermuda, the ship arrives on a Saturday at 4.00pm. There is no tender to take passengers to Hamilton, so we paid for the ferry only to find out that Hamilton closes at 5.00pm for the weekend so all the shops were closed.

Recommends Carnival Fantasy? No.

Food and Dining
The food was acceptable, nothing special.

The ship gets in at 4.00pm - does not provide a tender to Hamilton, the shops close for the weekend at 5.00pm
