Great experience, I will definitely cruise again.

Jaxport embarkation was smooth. I didn’t have a chance to purchase FTTF, but still only waited 30 minutes before I was onboard.

As a platinum, embarkation was great. They did allow the five of us to board together but that doesn’t always happen, I’m the only platinum. Cabin attendant, Zya, first said she only did room clean one time a day and I could chose. A few changes but Zya was agreeable to our needs. Carnival is trying to cut service more and increase tips. Kindly request what works for you!

This is a very affordable cruise with a ship that's small enough that you get to learn very quickly. the shows are good and the food is fine. You do need to upgrade to a more varied vegetarian option, less soy. This was my husband's first cruise and he wants to book another one soon!

Overall, we had a fantastic time. As stated earlier, this is a smaller ship. Don't expect multiple pools, big rooms or many choices in dinning. There are 2 sit down style service dinning rooms, a very small buffet and a couple burger/pizza joints. The cruise director Cam did an awesome job of letting everyone know what was happening and his high energy during events was fun to watch. The pool is VERY small and filled up within minutes. There is plenty of seating around it and the upper decks so that was never an issue. The room we stayed in was VERY clean and our steward was the absolute best. The room however was far to warm for my liking and not much airflow. That's a personal preference thing so I can't really complain about it. I like my space very cool when I sleep. The bed... Well, it's what you should expect from 2 twins being pushed together. I knew this before hand so my expectations were not high for this. The sheets were soft and comfortable but again, it's 2 beds pushed together so don't expect a true king comfort. The staff aboard this ship is what really made the trip. Not a single time did I pass by any of them without a smile, good morning etc... They were all wonderful especially our steward. Can't give that man enough praise. Even when he was busy, he was still very accommodating. I never felt he was fishing for a tip either. It was actually genuine. If you don't mind giving up a few amenities, this ship is for you. If your looking for the 5 star treatment and amenities, I would look at another ship. Our only complaints were the room temperature and the dinning options. If you are cool with that, highly recommend this cruise.

Food and shows were great never dull moment.. service was outstanding and Cam the fun director was awsom. The cabin and the people who took care of them did great job and all the staff made you feel welcome and could not do more for you.will definitely be taking anoth vacation with them.

this cruise was just ok. Food was not good choices. Lido deck the food was just ok not a wide variety of food as on other cruise. Room was very clean but it could have used a chair. did not enjoy sitting on a bed all the time.

The ship and crew was simply awesome and would recommend anyone to go have fun

First time on the front of the ship. Had room G1 on the Elation, scenic ocean view room. LOVED this room and will definitely get a scenic ocean view again if available.

smaller ship, but easy to get around. Great service and staff was super friendly and always helpful. Lots of great fellow passengers, ( no-one was rude, so i guess we lucked out here). 5 days was just too short and i would have loved to have stayed a few more days.

Our stateroom attendant Wayan was great. Gave tips on where the best food on the ship was located. Ensure we knew what events were going on during the afternoon & evening. The food in The Imagination restaurant was delicious. Half moon Cay was beyond beautiful.

There’s not much activity but I guessed because it’s a smaller ship but we have fun.

I really enjoyed my time. I relaxed and got plenty of rest and I ate well! The dining experience was wonderful all day and especially the evening at the inspiration. Awesome staff and very resourceful.

The staff was amazing I would highly recommend purchasing the faster to the fun option. This was an excellent value. Not only does it get you on and off the ship faster you also get off faster at your ports of call.

A very relaxing and enjoyable cruise. Cameron our cruise director was great! He was very approachable and helpful. Our cabin steward, Jay gave us excellent care and our cabin was always spotless. I have been cruising for years, and I found this cruise's staff were all very accommodating with a genuine caring attitude. They were the BEST!!! I will be cruising on the Elation in the future.

This was my husband's 1st cruise. He had a blast. We reconnected as a couple and are currently planning one for August with the kiddos! We will be celebrating a High School graduation and 8th grade graduation. They are excited!
