Carnival Elation is smaller older ship without a lot of bells and whistles but still really nice. Service was great as it normally is with Carnival. Cruise director Melissa was good also. She was lively and had the ship rocking and hyped during the deck party. Definitely recommend giving the Elation a try.

I forgot to mention in my post that the tea party just seemed a bit off compared to other cruises I I have been on. They frequently ran out of food, did not have enough staff for the people, and sadly keep passing my table. We left early which is something I have never done before 🙁

We loved this ship and the staff. It was our best vacation yet. I highly recommend this ship.

This was my first cruise and we absolutely loved it! The staff was great and super friendly. Food was good and the cruise director was very nice and upbeat. The only thing we had a problem with was the pool and the hot tubs. There’s just too many people to share it with. But other than that everything else was fantastic. I loved the ports we went too and overall it was awesome and we will definitely be cruising again soon!!

We had so much fun the staff was excellent and knew literally everything about us like our names and what room we were in. The food was very good and enjoyed the buffets throughout the day and always had to go get a burger best burger ever! But getting off the ship was a little unorganized and stressful.

We will definitely use Carnival Cruise Line in the near future

Overall for our first cruise it was great. We walked way to much though. We know next time to relax a little more. We loved the shows. The food was good. The crew was amazing. So friendly. We will definitely go again.

This was our first cruise and it has given us the fever to go on more cruises. We have already booked another :-)

I was skeptical about twin beds pushed together to make a King. But this was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on! Food? The Burgers are the BEST!! I’’M COMING BACK ASAP!!

As a first time cruiser carnival elation was a good choice but would not choose to go on this boat again. Captain's dinner is no dinner at all he does a toast at the atrium and that is all. In my opinion there is not a lot of food varieties throughout the day. Buffet closes at odd times. And Guys burger joint closes at 6 I feel it should remain open longer.

Fun relaxing cruise. Nice ship, smaller, but seem to have everything we liked. Guy’s Burgers was awesome! The shows were good, and really enjoyed the comedy shows

Awesome ship! Although the only problem is that the pool is very small. Also, there isn’t much to do for kids at night when the water park closes!!!!!

Older ship, but just as fun! Crew kept the ship very clean. Other than the line for pizza, the lines went pretty quick. Little disappointed with the serenity deck, wasn’t as nice as the Dream’s, and even though they don’t have the dive-in movies, they still showed a movie down in the comedy theater.

The best part of the cruise was Melessa. She made it amazing and the performances was awesome. First time I didn’t have to beg my husband to go to any shows. My room Stewart was wonderful(Made) Loved him. My dining ppl was great made dinner worth having. Love the crew members

Half Moon Cay was my favorite. It was absolutely gorgeous and I enjoy the beach so no need for excursion. Nassau was okay. I just walked around though, if I had to do over I believe I would do at least a beach day or some excursion in Nassau.

It was a great cruise. My wife and I truly enjoyed it.

This will most likely be my last cruise. I was extremely unimpressed with Jacksonville as a whole but especially the port. It’s a giant tent/shed that is hot and unorganized. Cruises have become a feeling of a “gotcha” moment for me. Drinks are overpriced, food is not good at all, the people are extremely friendly but when you find out what type of hours they work and for how long you feel extremely guilty (at least I did). The entire experience was very disappointing and overpriced for what we feel we got. For a LOT less money we will be doing all-inclusive resorts and knowing what we will be spending up front.

We had a great time with my husband our first Cruise. our room was always clean thanks to Irish and Putu The bar manager was very nice and bar waiter Jonathan took good care of us. It was fun and exciting everytime too much going on on the ship because of all the fun. Party night with Melissa was incredible the crowd was very engaged my husband won an award in singing. Great memory
