First day was a mess, i ordered fruit try and pastry/dessert tray that was suppose to be delivered the next dqy along with 2 cakes that i ordered but they send it late on nov 23 and told me it was already made so i have to take it that night, this was suppose to be special birthday for 2 of my kids and its their first cruise so i end up taking it and laying it outside our room untouched because it just ruined my plan of surprise, #2 our room was cleaned and bed made at like 7pm every night so whats the point there so that was our bad experience on thia cruise

I’m glad you still scored other aspects of your cruise high. Some have 1 bad thing and they trash the entire trip. I wish things were perfect but I hope you still had a good time.

Sorry your cruise didn't go as you planned. Sometimes that happens 😕. We have learned to be flexible and understand that things might change from what we plan. If not you are left with that sour taste in your mouth. Not sure why you didn't speak up about the time they service your cabin. We get to choose, either morning or evening. I make my bed when I get up and they turn it down for us after we leave for dinner when they come to freshen up the cabin. My choice. Just a little food for thought....I just got back from a back2back European cruise plus extra land time before and after cruises. My husband got Covid and was put in quarantine for 6 days of the 2nd cruise. We didn't plan for that...and it didn't ruin my cruise it just changed our plans. It wasn't pleasant 😕 but sometimes things happen. I'm not trying to bash you, just put things in perspective.

This is the problem with society today; if it’s not EXACTLY as we want it, it can’t be enjoyed, it ruins everything. Come on, you were on a cruise, you received the cakes, maybe the wrong day, and that is a bummer, but hey, roll with it and make the best of it. There is so much to enjoy, but you won’t allow yourself because it wasn’t 100%. Great lesson to teach the kids, not everything always goes as planned, but we’re going to have a great time regardless!

Sorry you had a bad time. Loved the elation when I sailed on her. You can also tell your room steward preferences on cleaning your room.
